Bob Beck's qualifications as a researcher is that he was a physicist and formerly a consultant to the Sandia Corp., Senior Staff Scientist at Eyring Research Institute, and consultant to the US Navy. Besides his impressive qualifications this is a man you have to admire just for his courage. Although the USA is a country whose government does all it can to make its citizens submissive unquestioning sheep, amongst them are a few who think for themselves and stand head and shoulders above the rest because of the strength of their spirit which must speak the truth they have discovered. Such a man was Bob Beck. He chose to live on the edge and proclaim what he knows about this miraculous breakthrough in bio-technology that threatens to undermine one of the major financial pillars of the USA, the drug based medical system.

Because of Bob Beck's lecturing and magazine articles, he was under constant threat of wrongful imprisonment as a result of the FDA trying to shut him up. Besides having armed government men raid his residence once already, he also has to constantly guard what he tells others over the phone because of constant attempts by the FDA to entrap him by catching him giving medical advice, which only doctors are legally allowed to do. Despite all this he continued to lecture so that all will know that electro-medicine is the inexpensive health key that millions are waiting for.

After hearing about a new method of using electricity in the blood to disable microbes Bob Beck researched the subject and found a patent by Dr. Kaali & Peter Schwolsky, #5139684, which describes two blood electrification methods as being able to: "provide electric current flow through the blood sufficient to render all bacteria, virus, parasites and/or fungus ineffective to infect or affect normally healthy cells." He then invented a simpler non-invasive means of getting electricity into the blood. He then did off-shore testing of the device to verify its effectiveness (mostly against viral disease since viruses are always circulating in the blood). Since then, Bob Beck has personally seen hundreds of people helped by his blood electrifier and its accompanying Magnetic Pulser (which aids transport of immune cells to the bloodstream to destroy the microbes deactivated by electricity in the blood) with of all kinds of diseases including AIDS, prostate cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, Hepatitis A and B, Herpes B, Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction Syndrome, cervical cancer, lyme disease, and lupus to name a few.

All of these diseases are caused by viruses and bacteria which is the forte of the Blood Electrifier and Magnetic Pulser, which means that the list of diseases these devices may reverse could be very long. Bob Beck himself lost 145 pounds and re-grew some of his hair as a result of using these devices. Bob Beck also knows of an MD who claims over two hundred documented cancer remissions by using only blood electrification via the Blood Electrifier. Bob Beck has personally helped a number of AIDS patients and feels that his devices are 100% effective, if the patient uses them exactly as directed.

In the early years of his electro-medicine research he funded a study with two medical doctors and 8 AIDS patients. Beck had hoped to publish the results of this study because, according to Bob Beck, all 8 patients became symptom free. The established medical system, however, required that a PCR test show that each individual was no longer HIV positive. This led to confusion and the eventual abandonment of the study as the PCR test results were still positive in most cases. It has since come to light that the PCR test is not a valid test for HIV (after electro-medicine treatment) since it detects viral fragments as well as whole viruses, so that a person cleaned of AIDS may fail the PCR test since there are still many viral fragments in the bloodstream. Blood electrification is a method of alternative way to conventional medicine that is claimed to destroy microbes (viruses, bacteria and other pathogens) present in the blood using electric current, also known as microcurrents (in the order of microamperes). The use of microcurrents against pathogens is not FDA-approved and few peer-reviewed studies support it.

This method was originally developed in 1990 by researchers William Lyman and Steven Kaali, who observed that low electric current inactivated the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) but did not adversely affect healthy human blood cells in a test tube.

In fact, their work suggested the electric current induced a facilitation of succinate dehydrogenase and ATPase activity in the mitochondria. This facilitation, in turn, is associated to an increase in the ATP production, increasing the cell's energy. It was published in 1991. They patented a device for treating infected blood, which included the idea of implanting an electrical device in the veins of the patient. Robert C. Beck later noticed the required amount of current could be easily driven through bare skin, through electrodes, and used this non-intrusive method as part of the "Beck protocol". He suggested using 4 Hz alternating current.

Proponents now claim that, according to their experience, direct current gives more results than 4 Hz AC. Much of this is only anecdotal evidence and testimonial of their subjective feeling of improvement in their conditions. According to their reports, Direct current is reported to be very effective in treating diverse diseases like cancer and diseases caused by bacteria, like tuberculosis, toothaches and other infections. They also have reported drastic reductions in PCR-measured viral load of virus like the HIV and hepatitis-c, and non-measured improvements in diseases like herpes, flu, CFS, and others.

LE: Bob I would like our readers to know about how you became involved in these technologies, which enhance the immune system and kill every organism that isn't supposed to be there.

Bob Beck: I read an article in Science News that was published March 30, 1991. On page 207, it described the "shocking" treatment proposed for AIDS by Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City, which had accidentally discovered a way to cure all AIDS. So I looked into this, and I found that a paper on an AIDS cure had been presented to a Joint Congress on Combination Therapies in Washington, D.C., on March 14, 1991, at the First International Symposium on Combination Therapy.

When I attempted to find a copy of this paper to see what it said, I found that they had all vanished or were cut out of the proceedings. We hired a private investigator who got a personal abstract copy from one of the conference attendees. I also did a computer search and found that the only other mention of this technology was in "Outer Limits" in Longevity Magazine which appeared in the December, 1992, issue. It stated that Steven Kaali, M.D., from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, had found a way of inhibiting AIDS in blood, but that years of testing would be required before the virus-electrocuting device was ready for use. In other words, they discovered it and then tried to cover it up immediately.

But a very funny thing happened. Two years later, a patent popped up. The U.S. Government Patent Office described the entire process. You can obtain Patent #5188738 in which the same Dr. Kaali describes a process, which will attenuate any bacteria or virus (including AIDS/HIV), parasites and all fungi contained in the blood, rendering them ineffective from infecting a normally healthy human cell. This is in a government document! This was in 1990! Why haven't they told the public about it? I decided if there was a sure-fire cure for AIDS, I had to find out about it.

When I looked into Dr. Kaali's work, I decided to go ahead and fund it. We found that it worked all of the time. For two and a half years, we gave full credit for this invention to Dr. Kaali, whose name is on the patent. Then I discovered that there was a long history of this technology. We followed a trail of these patents back 107 years! We found a patent, #4665898, that cured all cancer, dated May 19, 1987. Why has this been suppressed? Why hasn't your doctor told you about an absolutely proven, established cure for cancer? The answer is that doctors get $375,000 per patient for surgery, chemotherapy, x-ray, hospital stays, doctors and anesthesiologists. This is the official statistic from the U.S. Department of Commerce. Unfortunately, the medical patient cured is a customer lost.

While Kaali and Lyman used DC current to deactivate the AIDS virus, Beck found that he could get he same results using the 3.92HZ square wave. Kaali and Lyman found that the amount of the current applied was the critcal factor and if they kept the current within a range of 50-100 micro amperes- they were able to disable the HIV virus within a petri dish as mentioned above. Kaali then worked out a design of a small battery with two tiny electrodes that could be sewn directly into an artery in the arm or leg. By maintaining the current flow between the two electrodes within the 50-100 micro ampere range, the HIV particles were gradually disabled within the bloodstream and the AIDS victim would gradually recover his health. The procedure required surgery that costs about $5,000 (at that time). The implanted electrodes would cause scarring of the artery walls, so they had to be removed and implanted in a new section of an artery every month or so, costing another $5,000 each time the procedure was done. It took about 6 or 7 months to see a substantial improvement in the AIDS patient.

Beck studied Kaali's patent and tried applying the electrodes to the skin directly over those arteries that were close enough to the skin surface. The 50-100 micro ampere current could be created within the artery by electromagnetic induction allowing the entire therapy to be applied externally, without the need for implanting electrodes into the arteries. The device he put together to accomplish this is today called a blood electrifierBeck started by applying his blood electrifier to himself. He originally placed the electrodes over leg arteries near the ankles of either leg, then changed the location to two different spots on the arm, and finally found that it worked just as well if he placed the two electrodes near each other over the ulnar and radial arteries just behind the wrist. To find the correct location in order to center the electrodes exactly over the artieries, Bob recommends carefully feeling for the pulse of either artery and marking the path of the artery with a ball point pen. You can then memorize the correct location and align the electrodes over the artery path precisely and hold them in place with a stretchy wrist band that's held together with velcro.

Bob Beck: A lot of people say, "Aren't you infringing on others' patents?" In the beginning, I was nervous, but when I found this technology had been discovered and rediscovered for 107 years, I changed my mind. Now I am broadcasting it from the rooftops. Still, it is very touchy. It's rocking the pharmaceutical, surgical and diagnostic industries. But I really feel that I have been called to do this. I have head people come to my door with guns. I have been threatened and chased. But I think God wants this information out. I feel it is my mission to give people back to themselves, to deliver them from these vested interests, these priesthoods that are taking everyone's money. I am not charging a nickel. Russ Torlage has helped me with prototype units. We have given them to people to run clinical tests. That is how I got my results.

LE: Can we talk about the technology?

Bob Beck: Yes. The most important step in taking back your health and your power is through blood electrification. Research from Harvard, MIT and Albert Einstein College of Medicine has shown that microcurrents are known to eliminate all viruses, parasites, fungi, bacteria and pathogens in blood. I can prove that this research was "lost" or suppressed.

Could you talk about immortal blood?
Bob Beck: We coined the phrase "immortal blood," but in the literal sense, it isn't true, of course. It was just a romantic term to describe reverting the blood appearance back to how it looks when we are in perfect health. When viewed under a dark-field microscope, the blood of a normal, healthy human being usually has a lot of parasitic worms, viruses, fungi, germs and pathogens swimming around. After three weeks of doing the blood cleaning, the magnetic pulsing and the silver colloids, which I will talk about later, your blood is not clumped like slinky toys or stacks of poker chips. Who needs more proof than this?

When the immune system is restored, it can even handle cancer. Any oncologist will tell you this. It has been known for many, many years. You can restore your blood to the immortal state. You can do this yourself at home. We have the clinical proof that it works. It is cheap, do-it-yourself technology.

Bob Beck: The second step is externally applied magnetic resonance of lymph, spleen, kidney and liver, which helps to neutralize germinating, latent alien invaders and thus blocks reinfection. This quickens disease elimination, restores the immune system and supports detoxification. Detoxification is essential because you are throwing off millions of dead and dying bugs. Permanent magnets, no matter how strong, will not nor cannot scavenge pathogens with electromotive force. It is important to be able to deal with rapid detoxification without producing tremendous discomfort. One of the worst things you can go through is detoxification if you are the slightest bit sick. If you go too fast, and don't detoxify, you have done more harm than good. We go by the motto, "First, do no harm." There are ways to prevent this discomfort, and we will get into that in a few minutes.

The third step, which we found worked amazingly and synergistically well, was silver colloids. Pennies-per-gallon, self-made perfected colloids greatly assist in eliminating all known pathogens and preventing opportunistic infections. This has been known for a long time.
The fourth step is drinking ozonized water for rapid, safe, totally natural cell oxygenation without free radical damage. I get high from drinking ozonized water every day. It's like drinking a martini and a half.

There is no known cure for herpes, Epstein-Barre or Ebola. If it gets loose here, it will kill thousands. But not (according to some clients) if you have colloids and a blood cleaner!

BEST RESULTS (98% Reduction in tumor mass): at either electrode, with 2.4 mA at less than 3 V, for 1 hour per day for 5 days.

Positioning & Polarity of ElectrodesIf deactivation of the enzyme RR is the dominant mechanism underlying the efficacy of electrotherapy, then it should not matter whether electrodes are implanted or on the surface -- as long as the tumor is in the path of the current. Only in study were both electrodes placed on unbroken skin, and it reported one of the better results. Beside being non-invasive, surface electrodes also minimize electrochemistry and its attendant toxicity. Similar reasoning would suggest that the polarity of the electrodes is inconsequential. Almost all electrotherapy studies where beneficial results were obtained, confirm this. Results of "field" electrotherapy experiments, where electrodes were implanted on either side of tumour also show that polarity of electrodes is immaterial, and that electrode-electrolyte interactions are of little significance.

Bob Beck: I was given terminal cancer patients by the largest and best-known hospital in California. After 12 of them were healed, some of them ended up committing suicide because we had taken their crutches away from them. We will say that this technology will not overcome a person's death wish. That is an issue we have to find an answer for and have not yet found, but we will.

Bob Beck: Recently, my partner and I were invited to the largest alternative cancer clinic in the western hemisphere. The man in charge of the clinic told me that 87% of their terminal, not mid-stage, cancer patients, who had been given up for dead, are now healed! They have scar tissue where once they had lesions; they have clean biopsies. They are up, they are back at work. Those patients used the technology we are discussing today.

When the tests proved that the technology actually worked, I was called in by the Board of Directors of one of the largest hospitals in Southern California. They confronted me and told me to deny that this technology works. Why? Because their business was at stake. Did you know that the "mob" owns about 51% of the pharmaceutical houses in this country? They don't want patients to be able to Heal themselves.

An 80-year old attorney approached me a while back, and he said, "Bob, I was given up for dead. My cancer had metastasised. I was sent home to write my will, to get my house in order . . . to die. I sent my son to Radio Shack, where he bought the parts for your device for $39.00. We put the device together. I walked into the hospital three weeks later, and walked out with clean biopsies. They were stunned. I am back at my job, working 14 hours a day to make up for the time I was in intensive care. I am jogging two miles a day."

Another person who approached me at a speaking engagement said, "I was a dying AIDS patient. It took two attendants to lift me onto the potty. I am now back at work, and I have no symptoms." One AIDS patient started on our program with a PCR teat, which measures the number of HIV particles in a cubic centimeter of blood, with a count of 412,473 on June 9, 1995. When he finished on November 1, 1995, his count was less than 100 particles. One hundred particles is the smallest amount their instruments can read, so if the count is less than 100 particles, it is read as zero. So we can say that he had a spontaneous remission. If I only had one of these, it could be a fluke, an accident. But I have test after test from patients replicating these same results. We also waited a month after the blood cleaning took place to have the follow-up tests performed. When you see these with your own eyes, and touch them with your own hands, it is entirely different from anecdotal data.

Several recent U.S. and international patent documents report that extremely small amounts of electricity are beyond the tolerance level of microbial life. These electrical forces have been proven to kill or devitalize bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites in blood and body fluids without adverse effect to normal healthy cells and/or the biological usefulness of the blood or body fluids.

U.S. patent 05188738 granted in 1993 and held by the Albert Einstein Medical Centre doctors mentioned above, describes an 'in vitro' (i.e. outside the body) apparatus for removing blood from one arm, electrifying it and returning it pathogen free to the other arm in a process similar to dialysis. The patent also describes a proposed 'in vivo' -in the body- technology as a surgically implanted, battery operated device similar to a heart pacemaker.

Scientists, MD's and individual researchers working independently report that their 'in vivo' -in the body- techniques are completely safe and highly effective. However, the United States' Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued warnings that they would be prosecuted for making any beneficial claims about the technology.

The FDA and the American Medical Association (AMA) have put a strangle-hold on the efficacy and safety information gathered over recent years by numerous scientists, researchers and medical practitioners even though reportedly, AMAZING results have been achieved on humans with their 'in vivo' -in the body- techniques. The threat of jail and license suspension looms constantly over them as 'in vivo' human-testing has never been approved.

According to scientist Bob Beck D.Sc. who has his doctorate in science and who is responsible for designing two simple 'in vivo' blood electrification techniques, many HIV / Aids patients using his modalities have reached undetectable viral counts (as proven by Polymerase Chain Reaction -PCR-testing) at between 4-8 weeks of two hour per day therapy; still he says, he is constantly threatened by authorities. He is perhaps the most vocal critic of an alleged pharmaceutically-based conspiracy to cover up and discredit the electro-medical movement. Records indicate that in the 1930's the Flexnor Report declared the use of electricity in medicine quackery; conveniently ushering in the new antibiotic "wonder-drug" age. At the time, 10,000 medical practitioners in America alone, believed in and practiced electro-medicine. They were forced to stop or loose their licenses to practice.

It is widely reported by practitioners, that certain electromedical therapies work quickly at greatly reducing the severity and frequency of herpes outbreaks; with some long-term chronic sufferers experiencing complete remission.

A common thread among all electro-medical practitioners is that the treatments are completely safe and appear to stimulate the immune system, thereby heightening immune response to all invaders. So do electrical treatments kill off the diseases directly allowing the immune system to revive, or does heightened immune system response kill off the invading organisms?..they say it appears a mixture of both, although apparently no one really knows for sure, as yet.

Precautions: Badly debilitated patients such as full-blown AIDS victims should begin at less than 20 minutes every second day and flush by drinking lots of pure water, preferably ozonized, because their systems wilt go into rapid detoxification causing physical problems called Herxheimer's syndrome. Users taking ANY medications, herbs, toxic vitamins or even traces of garlic in food should minimize such presence in blood for at least two days before starting and avoid irritants including coffee, tea, alcohol, tobacco, medications, recreational drugs, etc. during the several weeks of recovery.

"Electroporation" is shown to increase dosage levels up to 20 times of anything drunk, shot, or ingested thus causing problems. This is documented by J.C. Weaver, Harvard-MIT, Jr. Cellular Biochemistry, 51:426-435,1993. Patients needing essential medications should take them immediately after turning off electrification and wait 24 hours before next blood cleansing. This lets their residues decay to minimum levels in plasma before re-electrifying. If detoxing becomes disturbing, proceed even more slowly. Symptoms may include fever, giddiness, dizziness, headaches, light-headed vagueness, nausea, skin rashes, eruptions, itching, boils, coughing, kidney and liver discomfort, aches, general malaise, inflammations, frequent urination, and sluggishness. Use caution when detoxing patients with impaired liver or kidney function. But remember it's far better to force wastes out of your system than leaving them stored where they may have been hiding for years.

Apply blood neutralizer for about an hour daily for 21-30 days. Use judgment here. Carefully monitor subject's reactions. For very heavy infections, go slower so as not to overload body's toxic disposal capability. With circulation-impaired diabetics, etc., you may wish to extend session times up to 90 minutes to two hours. Again, HAVE SUBJECT DRINK LOTS OF WATER. You may be overexposing if post treatment discomfort is felt.

Subjects may feel sleepy, sluggish, listless, nauseous, faint or headachy, or have flu-like reactions if neglecting sufficient water intake for flushing toxins. We interpret this as detoxification plus endorphin release due to electrification. Let them rest and stabilize for ~45 minutes before driving if indicated. If this detoxing becomes oppressive, treat every SECOND day. Treating at least 21 times should "fractionate" both juvenile and maturing HIV to overlap maximum neutralization sensitivity windows and interrupt "budding" occurring during the HIV cells' development cycles. Treatments also safely neutralize many other viruses, fungi, bacteria, parasites, and microbes in blood. See US patents # 5,091,152 5,139,684 5,188,738 5,328,451 and others as well as numerous valid medical studies which are presently little known or suppressed.

 Ingesting a few Oz. of 5 to 20 parts per million of silver colloid solution daily can give subjects a "second intact immune system" and minimize or eliminate opportunistic infections during recovery phase. This miracle substance is pre-1938 technology, and unlike ozone is considered immune from FDA harassment. Silver colloid can EASILY be made at home electrolytically in minutes and in any desired quantities and parts per million strength for under 1¢ per gallon plus cost of distilled water. It is ridiculous to purchase it for high prices. Colloid has no side effects, and is known to rapidly eliminate or prevent hundreds of diseases. Silver colloids won't produce drug resistant strains as will all other known antibiotics. No reasonable amount can overdose or injure users either topically, by ingestion, or medical professional injection.

Robert Cary Beck, or Bob Beck, as he preferred to be called, was an only child born on January 25, 1925 and raised in Dallas, Texas. Like a lot of Americans growing up during the Depression Era, his beginnings were modest. Bob's father, Robert H. Beck, was a structural engineer draftsman and his mother, Charlee, worked part-time as a schoolteacher and part-time as an accountant. He was also raised for a time by his grandmother.

Bob's fascination and creativity with electronics was present from a very early age. He scavenged junk and old car parts to build his own coils which were the source of many early experiments. Bob broadcast from his own ham radio station when he was only nine years old. Among his effects are several of his childhood drawings, including the schematics for a pocket radio he designed when he was 12 years old. At the age of 15, a newspaper article about young Bob titled "Schoolboy Amazes Experts" featured his invention of a talking flashlight. Bob's flashlight worked in the same way as a similar product created by General Motors' engineers. GM subsequently gave Bob an award for this amazing achievement.

Bob Beck attended college in Phoenix, Arizona prior to attending the University of Southern California. In 1948, Bob completed a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the University of Southern California, graduating in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Electrical Engineering. He went on to take courses that interested him in the fields of pathology, bacteriology, and chemistry among others. This gave him, as he said, "a general background in other lines of endeavor." In 1955, at the age of 30,
Bob received his Doctorate of Science from the Atomic and Nuclear Sciences Institute in Los Angeles. His dissertation was "Ionization Phenomena in Gaseous Conductors."

Beyond the academic, Bob was a lifelong learner. In high school he developed a passion for photography. For many years he earned his living as a photographer and developed state of the art processes. He also had certificates and licenses in numerous other areas including a private pilot's license, radio certification, and emergency preparedness. For periods of time during his life, he immersed himself in the study of astrology and UFOs as well as many alternative health modalities.
He investigated Tesla electromagnetics, psycho-physiology and electromedicine throughout his lifetime. In addition, he was actively involved in zero-point energy and the effects of electromagnetic energies on health and consciousness.

Bob Beck's academic work was primarily in the field of engineering, electronics and physics. He made significant contributions to the development of scientific photography as well. In the 1960s, he added to ground-breaking work in the film industry with special lighting techniques.

Famed movie producer and director, Roger Corman, spoke of working with Bob on the 60's cult movie, The Trip. Corman described the special lighting effects produced by Bob as "absolutely original." Allen Daviau, famous for his cinematography on several Hollywood blockbusters, praised Bob's lighting work in those early days saying, "there was no one else in the Hollywood movie industry doing what Bob had developed." Bob Beck also developed lighting effects for several Hollywood celebrities like Paul Revere and the Raiders and Ann-Margret's Las Vegas show.

In a partial résumé, among Bob's personal papers, he explains that he researched the Aurotone Film Foundation and the life and death of Cecil Stokes. Then he says, "I reproduced the 'secret device' in 1964, and the resulting notoriety pushed me into demonstrating related light/sound/color devices publicly. In 1966 I wrote and published the Light Show Manual."

For years his company, the Color Control Company, sold photos and slides of the Rose Bowl Parades, NASA space shots, UFOs, and more. In an early résumé Bob used famed Hollywood photographer and journal editor, Murray Garrett, as well as Don Prideaux, a Scientific and Engineering Academy Award winner, as references for his work in the scientific development of photography.

His employment and engineering consulting services in earlier years were to such corporations as the Altec Lansing Corporation, Ocean Floor Development Corporation, LOOK magazine, Avac Laboratories and Lockheed Martin to name a few. In later years Bob was a consultant to such entities as the Eyring Research Institute, a top secret, mind research organization with a cooperative connection with the science departments of Brigham Young University. Eyring also investigated
underwater communications and secret projects for the United Stated Navy. For several years he was a military consultant for his expertise on ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) technology. He also consulted for Sandia Corporation, an engineering and science laboratory as well as periodically presenting briefings for the CIA, DIA, NSA, and the Pentagon in ELF technology, psychological warfare, and crowd-control systems via non-linear electromagnetic radiation, including expert analysis of possible Soviet advances in related technology.

Bob Beck's work and career was extensive and impressive. Following is a brief list of just some of Bob's accomplishments and achievements over his lifetime.

• 1970s -1980s: Eyring Research Foundation. Designed and built the first successful ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) magnetic telemetry communications link capable of total penetration of shielded environments such as missile silos and control centers, as well as consulting on highly-classified Scalar and underwater communications modalities.

• 1982 -1984: Sandia National Laboratories. Designed and perfected extremely sensitive magnetometers for signal capture and identification.

Over the years, Bob taught several classes, courses, and workshops on a wide range of subject matter and gave many lectures and presentations in various academic institutions including University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and the University of Southern California (USC).

His teaching assignments included:
• 1940s: Chief Instructor of Radio Communications, Electronics and Math, at the Don Martin School of Radio Arts.

• 1968 -1970: Senior Lecturer (non-tenured professor) in the Graduate School, USC, Dept. of Cinema, teaching Optics and Sensitometry to graduate students and doctoral candidates.

• 1954  - 1956: Chief Engineer at Producers Service Corp. and Photo-Sonics Corp.

• 1958: Head of Research and Development for American Transistor Products Corp.

• 1958  - 1963: Founder, president, and sole owner of Monitor Electronic Research Corp. Designer and manufacturer of surveillance and counter-intelligence systems for government. These devices were inaccessible to the civilian sector.

• 1958 - 1963: Acting Chief of Radiological Defense, Office of Civilian Defense, Los Angeles.

• 1963 - 1966: Chief Engineer for Exotic Electronics Mfg.Co. Developed numerous new and novel devices in the photographic, optical, instrumentation, electronic and health fields.

• 1969: Founder, Alpha-Metrics Company. Designed and manufactured ethical biofeedback instruments for EEG, EMG, EKG applications.

• 1974 - 1980's: Executive Director of Bio-Medical Research Associates.
Investigated holistic health systems including electro-acupuncture detectors and treatment devices and L-Field meters among others.

• 1978 - 1980's: Naval Office of Surface Weaponry. Developed signal transmitter/receivers for shield and water penetration, and extremely compact EEG/discriminator systems for personal evaluation. He also developed the most sensitive system (at the time) for recovering H-Vector emissions of the "Soviet Woodpecker" transmissions.

Note: May 25, 1978 was the date that Bob proved for himself that the 10 Hz frequency being beamed from Russia was psychoactive. In 1987 he presented a lecture to the Global Sciences Conference titled Electromagnetic Ghostbusting - Finding Hidden Disease.

• 1979: Founded Bek Tek. The purpose was to manufacture advanced electronic systems.

• 1948 - 1950: Designed and operated the lighting equipment used by MGM studios in making the Ektachrome color stills for the productions An American in Paris (1951), Show Boat (1951), Skirts Ahoy! (1952), and more.

• 1951 - 1954: Bob developed the three-dimensional Schlieren system for wind-tunnel display of gaseous flow patterns around airfoils, the micro-area spark-gap dot matrix timing recorders for GSAP instrumentation cameras, the IR and visible-light fire-control and optical-gradient navigation systems and several other advances that were classified, plus many useful and unique advances in instrumentation and data-recording technology.

• 1954 - 1956: Designed, and reduced to practice, numerous innovations in the optical systems and high-speed instrumentation cameras for the U.S. Air Force and Edwards Air Force Base. Also, designed, built and installed kinescope monitoring and video recording chains for TV broadcasting.

• 1959: Developed a telephone accessory dubbed Hands-Free Speaker Phone.

• 1960's: Provided the first and original psychedelic special effects in new drug-culture films of the late 60's.

• 1963 - 1966: Developed numerous products including "Infinite Impedance" (electrometer) voltmeters, portable color meters for the graphic arts trade, and several audio-related devices.

• 1967: Wrote "Color Games, Light Show Manual," Pericles Press, 3rd Ed. The ELF discoveries came about as a result of "light show" technology.

• 1969: Developed an advanced EEG apparatus. Earlier, in 1964, when Bob was testing his ELF device, he made the accidental discovery that combinations of frequencies in a range of human and animal EEG spectra, could alter human psychophysiological responses and EEG signatures.

• 1970 - 1978: Developed the hand-held Magnetometer, an apparatus to detect the extremely low level geomagnetic pulsations, or ELFs, that according to Beck's papers, out-performed and was more sensitive than the Navy's flux-gate SQUID magnetometers.

• 1977: Robert C. Beck and Dr. Andrea Puharich presented information to the United Nations about the ability of ELF technology to penetrate even Faraday cages.

• 1978: Developed an improved, economical Negative Ion Generator under the trade name of "Miracle Fuzz."

• 1983: Developed the Brain Tuner, one of the first portable Cranial Electrical Stimulators (CES device), based on research in Russia and other countries as well as the work of Meg Patterson.

• 1990's: Bob developed the first ionic colloidal silver generator for use in the home. He wanted to add silver as a home remedy to the blood cleanser he had recently invented and woke up in the wee hours one morning with the idea. His inspiration allowed anyone to make it inexpensively and safely in their own homes. Today, silver makers are readily available and several companies have become quite successful manufacturing the units or a silver solution. Few, however, realize it was Bob Beck that paved the way for this simple process of making ionic colloidal silver.

• 1991 - 1995: Developed the Beck Protocol, consisting of a blood electrification unit that pulsed gentle microcurrents into the blood, a pulsed magnetic field generator to reach the deep tissue, a water ozonator for drinking freshly ozonated water, and an ionic colloidal silver generator for making one's own ionic colloidal silver inexpensively at home.

• 1981: Received the Award of Distinction from the U.S. Psychotronics Association (USPA) for original research in psychoactivity of non-linear ELF magnetic radiation.

• 1990: Named one of the first Fetzer Pioneers of the Fetzer Foundation for his pioneering work in electromedicine.

• 1998: U.S. Psychotronics Association award for Bob Beck's contributions to psychotronics in both theory, research and development of alternative health instrumentation and techniques.

• 2002: U.S. Psychotronics Association posthumous award for pioneering research in developing and perfecting the instrumentation to detect and transmit subtle energies.

• 1958: Air Defense Command (USAF) as civilian coordinator.

• Biological Photographers Association.

• Audio Engineering Society.

• Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers.

• 1985 & 1986: President of the U.S. Psychotronics Association. Bob was a member from the 1970s until he passed away in 2002.

On June 23, 2002 Robert Cary Beck passed away. His wife reported that he was hospitalized as a result of a fall. While in hospital, he died as a result of heart failure.
Considered by close friends to be a "giant of a man" there were few people that understood the scope of his research. Those who did, thought Bob to be ahead of current physics by several decades. Bob's passions were science, healing, and spirituality. He freely shared those passions and his knowledge with others. Bob was a popular featured speaker at many alternative health events over the years. His notable expression, "Take Back Your Power" remains a plea for individuals to
understand that the answer to health recovery and maintenance is in their hands and is available here and now through electromedicine.
